Nicholas Assef is best known as the founder of Lincoln Crowne & Company Pty. Limited, a very prominent investment firm in the Australian and South East Asian markets. He also serves as Executive Director and Senior Analyst, and he is a specialist with a tremendous amount of experience in many financial areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, valuation, growth strategies, shareholder rights, and strategic due diligence. For more than 25 years, Nicholas Assef developed a reputation, due to and extensive body of work in the corporate world, the legal profession and even in the academic world.

Long ago, Nicholas Assef studied at Harvard Business School, where he earned a Post Graduate degree in Valuation and completing a Master of Business Administration at the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester in New York. He also holds a Bachelor of Law Honors degree in 1992 from Bond University Law School and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from University of Technology Sydney. Long before he founded Lincoln Crowne, he was a corporate attorney with Allen, Allen & Hemsley in Sydney, before he shifted focus to investment banking.
